Las Vegas Westjet station.
I approach the desk for document check and present Nexus card, which I used to check in just fine on the Westjet App.
Westjet agent quizically looks at and says oh that is just for TSA security. I'll need your passport.
I say no that's the document I'm using to clear CBSA.
Westjet agent goes into computer and says that's weird, it says you're all cleared to travel. Must be a computer error, I'll correct that for you. I'm going to remove the Nexus and add your passport instead so the captain knows you're travelling with your passport.

​​​​​This is all very comical if workers for a Canadian Airline don't know what Nexus is nors does. Could it be that I'm the only person who has tried to use my Nexus as my document on their daily Canada bound flights? It's June 2024.
