A tip for anyone as frustrated as I am with Bank of American telephone customer "service": apparently pushing "0" to get a CSR only works after you've sat through the balance, due date, etc, and made selections in the first two levels of menus. Once you've made the second selection, the "0" seems to work to get through.
I have never dealt with a bank that makes it so hard to talk to a human being, which is particularly frustrating when their website is so poor.
