I'm afraid that's not correct. The very first part of this video shows Qatar Airways A320s without IFE screens:
I'm not sure how up to date this is, but this thread mentions which A320s have historically not had IFE fitted: The Complete Guide to the Qatar Airways Fleet

However, having said all this, my understanding is that the non-IFE A320s predominantly fly intra-Gulf routes, so I would be surprised if one crops up on the Sarajevo route. I believe they tend to use their better A320s for the longer European runs.
