FlyingBlue Award Involuntary Downgrade Business to Premium Economy
The day before my flight AF downgraded CDG-DTW from 777-300 to 777-200 and lost 20 business class seats as a result. I was downgraded from Business to Premium Economy on this award ticket I paid 50,000 miles and $325 USD Taxes/Fees on. What compensation should I expect from Air France? EU 261 dictates 75% of the fare paid, but this is an award booking. Feedback is appreciated so I know what to pursue.
