What was good and what was bad?
Good:- The hotel has real character: the architecture and design are magnificent, and the restaurant is a popular venue with a lively atmosphere.
- Very nice design, blend of historic and contemporary (and love the fact that hotels has so many plants everywhere).
- Good breakfast (notably hot plates) and excellent Refuge restaurant.
- Very friendly staff.
- Central location, with easy access by train to the airport (Oxford Station is opposite the hotel).
- Free bicycle
- Social password gift was two drinks and a snack offered at lobby minishop
