Not sure what you mean by "it's the row 10 with only 4 seats" but I've been in WT+ quite a few times on both types of these configurations (77S and 77T)
No issues with windows, no blanks there but I'd move back to row 12 due to the bassinet seats being in front.
You can see where the window blank is in the Wiki layouts, around the 14/15 rows.
ETA: Here's a photo in WTP, this was row 12 IIRC.
