Epilogue: We had a great experience with the driver arranged by Omar. He was prompt, had a nice car, and spoke perfect English. He only got cranky one time when we went overtime in a museum (I really like mosaics). I tried to explain that we wanted to forego lunch, but he didn't seem to get it. But overall, it worked out quite well.
