I have called 5 times now. Starting with the EXPLAT #--> then getting re-directed to other places (2-3 different depts depending on the call.
I tried going through the chat but that petered out when after explaining things multiple times, they responded back asking if I was needing help booking a reward flight??
Last nights call ended up with "WEB SUPPORT" letting me know that they contacted their supervisor and was told that others had reported as well. No resolution, but hope for one soon.
