Unable to book on either website or Iphone AP Anyone else having this issue?

Long Time Lurker. Infrequent poster.
New issue. Hoping to see if anyone else having this issue, or has had this issue and what was done to correct.
I am unable to
The last couple of weeks I have been unable to make a reservation on either the AA Website or the AA AP on my Iphone.
I've tried 3 different browsers on the Laptop, just to make sure it wasn't my browser. Deleted Caches...Uninstalled Ap on the phone/reinstalled = no change.

Basically, about 2 weeks ago, I attempted booking a flight on the AA Website.
Am Able to Select cities, date--> (Continue)
Am able to select flight time--> (Continue)
Reverts back to page asking for cities and dates..... Continues in this loop.
The only error I've seen is on the Iphone ap, where sometimes, it comes back with a message to try again later after a few attempts through the cycle.

I have had to call in to make reservations which is a pain.
I've called in and asked for help a few times now (5)
Ex Plat desk transfer to Cust Service which transfers to Web Support.
I've been told a trouble report has been entered, but so far I am still unable to get out of the loop.

Today, on the Web Support portion of my calls, I was told after person spoke to supervisor that this has been reported by others, and they hope to have a resolution soon.
I suspect that the other reports are all from my couple of calls.

Just wondering if there is anyone else out there who has this happening to them, or has happened to them, and possibly what they did to correct the issue.
