When using the Bilt card there's no fee but if you're charging on the card to earn EQMs its not terrible paying a penny/mile.
Since Bilt is already an AS partner and you get 1x on rent free you are in fact paying 1.5 cents per mile (instead of paying $0 for 1 Bilt points -> 1 AS mile you pay 3 cents for 3 AS miles, so you are paying 1.5 cpm for the additional 2 miles).
