Both March and April had clawbacks. Unclear if totals or Level 3 data is being used to DQ my purchases. Without some MS, it seems like this card is dead to me. Thinkably, mixed spend at lower levels could work, but even the 25k cap in grocery multiplier is not milking it, and already failed to come close to that.
