Was at Pier J yesterday. The lunch offering of HK style roasted meats are amazing especially the pork belly. Pair it with the white Burgundy from the bar (Cave d'Aze Macon Villages 'Clocher', Burgundy, France, 2017).
Looks and sounds delish, and proof again that The Pier J is (at least IMHO) one of the world's better business class lounges.
