I have found that you can start a chat with them by using a reservation number. after you enter the number and last name a chat icon comes up.

If you use a browser with any plugin like uBlock Origin or simiar things that will break the QR website. I always do my tickets on the phone or on a browser in safe mode without any plugins, or there will be always be something that doesn't work.
