Seems like meaningless semantics here whether a blogger that reviews premium airplane cabins and lounges, and predominantly high-end hotel properties, as opposed to one reviewing coach flights, LCCs, and Hampton Inns and hostels, can call himself a luxury travel blogger. As far as I'm aware, there is no official credential involved. And most people who blog about luxury travel have some sort of financial interest -- be it travel agents or influencers.
The wealthiest people in the world who apparently have sufficiently proper breeding for the critics here are unlikely to have the time or inclination to record the details of their luxury travel and share it on a regular basis with the world.
b but perhaps I am too nouveau riche to properly understand this, as I don't see what is wrong with "buying your way into luxury travel." Indeed, i didn't think it was a particularly objectionable proposition that luxury travel services can be paid for with money, and that most luxury travel providers do not inquire about one's pedigree before accepting a booking
