I do sole prop, SSN, 1 employee, few hundred k personal income, one hundred k biz income, offices of medical doctors (fully retired for several years, notionally thinking of occasional part time consulting). BOA has never requested (additional) biz documentation and/or credentials.

First few personal apps in 2015 and 2016 were approved at Visa Platinum accounts, not Visa Signature, with much lower SUB and lower CL, at that time there was much discussion about procedures for changing the type of account immediately upon approval. In 2021 I switched to Alaska biz apps only, since then it seems that my BOA biz approvals have gone more smoothly than those original personal apps.

I’m a believer in BOA 2/3/4 rules, aim for 2 biz cards per year. Highly attuned to Chase 5/24, choose not to use a 5/24 spot for a BOA personal card.

Small, minimally active BOA savings account ostensibly for over 30 years at branch close to home. Originally (1992) East River Savings Bank, renamed NatWest in 1993, renamed Fleet Bank in 1996, renamed BOA in 2004, same account number through all mergers and purchases.
