sorry to revive an old thread. if I bought an award ticket from LAX-MEX and need to cancel it outside the 24 hours am I reading right that I have to pay a cancellation fee? seems like 2-4k MXN but im not sure. its a little confusing.

for anyone who comes this thread and wants this answer they charge 2900 MXN per person per cancellation. so roundtrip on two tickets is $680 usd (today)
