I flew in and out of PDX this past weekend. The construction is still ongoing but no delays at security. I have PreCheck and there was literally no one in the Pre line. The normal security line had about 10 people at most. This was at 7:30-8am-ish. In short, other than some closed off areas due to the construction, it was business as usual.
