You are lucky that they have it correct.
My husband's passport info entered and he gets 'NO MUST MATCH YOUR PROFILE"---and it does!
Logging in: sometimes it auto fills my pw (like it should) and sometimes it doesn't.

Any intell on what's going on with their IT?
I’ve had the country code phone number issue for months. I have given up and just use a computer which is annoying.
