Exactly! And I can't find worthwhile redemptions anymore to spend those miles (now sitting on almost 3 MM). I'm not willing to take a positioning flight just to nail a good award but fully understand that you can find some good redemptions if you pre-position to another country. However, If I didn't intend to go somewhere, I'm not going there just to use miles. Transit time is worth at least $100-/hr to me. Domestically, I only fly in F and am unwilling to buy coach awards in order redeem into some of the "sweet spots" of good value.

It makes no difference to me whether I fly UA or DL as far as RDM are concerned-both currencies are nearly worthless to me. However, it's easier to use RUCs/GUCs on DL over PPs on UA.
