i have done this on a B fare last year ex europe. It worked. I am now being told the system will not ticket a T V Q or S fare branded as latitude for a WCP. Only Y or B. They saud T V and W are discounted. So maybe these are discounted latitude fares ex europe?
On this particular itinerary the agent confirmed that those fare classes are indeed latitude fares but the WCP does not apply.
We have been through this with 3 agents. If there's more info you need please let me know as I would love to book this.

I selected two flights with the latitude fare, and everything looked good. Until I got to the travel summary page ... and that is when the system said that my WCP was no longer applicable.
So it certainly appears that something about the WCP process is currently broken. Hard to know if it's a policy change, or just a broken IT system ...
Is the base fare of the itinerary you’re trying to book less than the companion fare?
