I left before 4p. But someone might have posted on Google reviews.
Also the dim sum cart has two types of dim sums at one time. So to consume different varieties you might have to stay around for a while. Was there for 4hrs and saw 4 varieties.

Pier has a sleeping room and also a tea room, very nice.
The wonton noodles were quite good too
Didn't have time today for Pier and Wing but did end up chilling at Deck instead. Not that many pple and service was attentive.
