I am looking at doing the rtw Oneworld business CR flights and I am Bronze. I want to start in Sydney or Brisbane and fly to San Francisco or LA to begin our trip but it is almost impossible to snag these seats or the airlines aren’t in Oneworld. I am thinking it would be better to fly SYD - Tokyo (Haneda) but that flight arrives an hour after the Haneda - San Fran leaves. I do not want to use Japan as one of my stops so I need to be out in 24 hrs. There is a flight the following day under the 24 hrs but it is leaving from Narita airport.
is it permissible to fly out of a different airport with Oneworld classic rewards?
