That’s my point - the should be a policy that prohibits economy customers from using the first class lavatory, I understand there isn’t. Economy customers should not be entering first class and disturbing the service or the customers.

In terms of lining up, the forward coach cabin is reserved for more premium customers, elite members, those who paid for extra leg room, etc, so any lineups should be happening in the back anyway.
