Doesn't say anything about free gas, so I imagine I will need to put $1-2 worth of gas in there and present a receipt to avoid the <75 mile gas fee.
Was there a special link? The link for National in the original post no longer works, and looking at Avis and Budget sites, I don't see any rates as you describe. Could be just the weekends I chose I guess.
