You would need to say this is a web-only fare and website is giving an error basically. Re: eUpgrade removal, the dual inventory check doesn't apply. You were originally booked in B and that's all that needed to be available for them to switch. The dual inventory check is for pricing.
I have done by phone once so it seems to be possible to do by phone - just not sure how. For sure these are not published. What is interesting now is to undersatnd how the various prices worked . . and how they are dual-fare structured - i.e. - based on K or T or perhaps L availability - I get it now. What is interesting is that these now ticket with 1 piece but the ticket confirm and the website tells you that you are getting 2 - - - which is not true and a problem if you checking at non-AC for first segment.
