I'm not sure the front-line agents can switch and access these web-only fares. They will likely need to get rates involved. You would need to say this is a web-only fare and website is giving an error basically. Re: eUpgrade removal, the dual inventory check doesn't apply. You were originally booked in B and that's all that needed to be available for them to switch. The dual inventory check is for pricing.
I remember now that it was 'rates' the agent in the past had to deal with. Thanks. Also very helpful to hear downgrading only requires B space. I appreciate the replies.
