Thanks. The search engine is giving me zero flights on any dates I search, which suggests at least the website/app issue is not a matter of K or T availability.

Re the ad-col, I wonder if what's happening is that when I try to change the flight through an agent, somehow the existing fare is being treated for pricing as if it's a T, rather than a B that depends on T inventory. The agent sees B on her end, but I get charged the difference between B and T not because there is no T availability (there is in expert flyer), but because the system treats it as a T fare and applies the upcharge. Is this a possibility?
