I echo the above suggestion to try to go into town.
If you don't have bags you need to retrieve from AA baggage claim and want to stay at ORD, you should be able to access the UA polaris lounge with your departing TK J boarding pass. That will be far better than anything in T5. You can walk airside from AA to the Polaris Lounge then take an airside transfer bus to T5 shortly before your departing flight.
Completely forgot about that loophole! - If you have checked bags, this is slightly possible - TK check in won't open until 3, maybe 4, hours before your flight, and I believe the airside bus is now bi-directional, but it's probably not worth the trek.
You could also look at a day-use room at the Hilton that's just a walk in a tunnel from the airport. (I'm not sure of the cost there, and your financial situation, but I've used day-use rooms in the past with day layovers to take a shower and leave bags while visiting cities).
