All the museums of the Museum Insel if that’s your kind of thing.
It’s a bit cheesy, perhaps, but I actually like to do the hop on, hop off bus on my first day in a major new city, especially if I am tired from traveling for 10+ hrs. Just to get a feeling for the place. I did that years ago in Berlin.
