Thanks for prompt reply but I should have made myself clearer. PL lady said she was not sure how the total amount of XP gained will be calculated. Should have been 60 for the flights themself and a further 45 for the SAF. She said the issue would be with the flights my wife takes today as they will be in economy instead of business which would mean 10XP instead of 30XP.. She said she would make a note on the file that this was due to customer care error so will see what happens. Seeing as the PL operator made an error yesterday, this PL operator may also be making an error.
This is quite easy and requires no notes: after the flight you simply call FB customer support and ask them for an original routing credit. They will look up your booking and apply the XP (and miles) as booked.
