in trying to recreate this, the refined worfklow i would advise is

1. aa calendar search
2. set to 1-stop business
3. city pairs to search for are JFK/CLT/DFW/MIA to JNB
4. likely anything < 100k is SWU upgradeable. AA or BA metal both priced out on the same from MIA here at 75k.
5. AA is the rare unicorn in that it showed up less frequently from the middle leg. doing a MIA-LHR search they will show up as 62.5k
6. ba.com shows far less seats for the unicorn AA inventory. eg. on one day i found it (july 29) there was 1 AA seat, but 7 BA seats available on their flight.
