You'll be flagged as a connecting passenger with a tight connection and be met on the jet bridge, as you get off your flight from BGI, by an agent who will provide you with a bright orange "Express Connection" card/ticket sleeve. That card will provide you priority processing at passport controls and TSA security.
If everything is on time you will not receive any of the above - two hours is a lot of time to connect internationally in JFK (in fact it's 45 minutes longer than the MCT).
