I booked a 5 night stay using points on a pointsavers redemption and it says an e-cerificate will be required prior to check-in.

Not sure what an e-cerificate is, anyone encountered this before?

There are basically 3 options when booking the same room type on points.

1. Pointsavers redemption
2. Cash and points redemption
3. Redemption
