If you haven't flown any segments on this booking and it only has the FLL-YUL and YUL-YYZ segments, you should be able to cancel to AC wallet pretty easily, then use that wallet credit pretty much immediately to book a new ticket (wallet thread

Or if you've already flown some of this booking or need to retain some other segment(s), a competent agent should able to cancel the existing segments and exchange them for the new ones, as [MENTION=258072]D582[/MENTION] and I have already suggested. In the latter case, I'm not sure whether they can send the value from the cancelled segments to wallet so you can make a new booking, but you could check the wallet thread and ask.
