There was almost none before the eclipse. We went into Georgetown earlier and the roads were nearly empty. Even the I-35 looked dead, which is rare. I'm looking at traffic from Marble Falls, where they had max totality, back into town and it is about normal.

I did see some pictures of Barton Springs, and it was busy. But right now (6pm local time), the MoPac / TX Loop 1 is blue, which is nearly unheard of for a Monday at this time.

While we were outside, we could hear many neighbors outside. I think most people just stayed home.
