If you can accept hostel accomodation, I stayed at the 328 Hostel and Lounge @ 3-2-8 Haneda, Ota-ku, Tokyo-to one night.
It is three blocks south of the Anamoriinari station on the Keikyu Line.
If you ride into Kamata, I stayed one night before my early-morning flight out of HND at the Keikyu EX Inn Kamata. If you ride into Kamata, you can also visit the ASUTO shopping street which has numerous restaurants and stores, including one which still had VHS Videocassettes of Japanese movies.
Check this old forum post. [MENTION=252590]moretimeoffguy[/MENTION], I speak again from personal experience. You get up to ten years between instances of using your PASMO or SUICA card. In March 2023, I had not used my PASMO card for 5½ years, but it was accepted.
