Sorry I misunderstood! I thought you were hoping it would have been updated after booking 1 to enjoy in time for booking 2 which I thought was over-optimistic! So if the hotel doesn't forget the credit altogether or makes a mistake (it happens annoyingly), I'd say 3-7 days from checkout is the realistic timeline to change metal!
