A note on lounges. QR has now restricted opening hours. According to lounge finder it closes in the morning and does not open until 18.00. Sign on door says "Opens again 17.20" so you could try slightly earlier than official opening hour. But no need to go early for the sake of QR.
On my day of travel in May, QR seems to have flights departing at 2:15, 10:30 and 18:45 so surely the lounge should open no later than 16:45? But AY departs at 21:50 and if the lounge closes when the QR 18:45 starts boarding, then it's not of much of use for AY pax. I had an excellent dinner there last time.
