The long flight + huge time zone change is disorienting enough that I don't think 4:30AM landing is such a big deal.
You could be in Tokyo by ~7am with any luck. Booking an extra day at the hotel or a day rate in front of your normal stay to take a quick nap and then try to get onto the local timezone. It's not a morning city anyways.
