Don't they get given something which lists the choice titles and ingredients? How can they work out allergies (or not offer "turkey" to people who don't eat pork) otherwise?
Yesh it’s unforgivable really to simply guess based on sight, and they definitely do have a sheet listing the ingredients plus this meal has been on rotation for months now (the ‘cranberries’ by the way are dried tomatoes and olives).
