My booking arrives from Japan so, at present, would come to T2, but the recent arrival gates have varied widely between E and F gates.
Note that if you are booked on SQ on your inbound flight, it can arrive at any terminal (other than T4).
As for the lounge, I think you'll miss the heaviest part of the morning bank. You'll be there for the tail end.
