The Guide to Benefits can be obtained by going to: https://myvisainfinite.com/premiumre...s/landing.html (you have to register with your card info)

I found an electronic copy of this document by going to Security -> Auto Collision Damage Waiver and then expanding the "Terms and Conditions" section.

The rep who gave you the bad information about coverage is from the same pool of folks you get to work with when you make a claim, so be prepared to spin the "will I get the rep of doom?" wheel if you have to make a claim.

Oh wow! Thanks guys! I did think it was strange since I was able to see it on the Visa Infinite benefits document as well but she took my credit card info to (apparently) pull up the info specific to my card and that's what she said! When I questioned her about it, she said each bank does "Visa Infinite" differently!

Thanks guv1976 - yes it is Premium Rewards Elite card. After looking at your screenshot I was able to see it on my app as well! So much for card specific info from the benefits administrator!
