I found an electronic copy of this document by going to Security -> Auto Collision Damage Waiver and then expanding the "Terms and Conditions" section.
The rep who gave you the bad information about coverage is from the same pool of folks you get to work with when you make a claim, so be prepared to spin the "will I get the rep of doom?" wheel if you have to make a claim.
