I am trying to decide between St Ermin's and The Westin London City. St Ermin's is better location but Westin has a W Lounge which is really nice to have, overall better reviews and the rooms seem nicer and bigger. Any input?
I love Westins, but the Westin London City was rather poor. Dark rooms, poor shower pressure, questionable cleanliness, window sheers that can't be opened "for privacy", poor breakfast quality, the club isn't worth anything, and they tried to charge me $100 for a bottle of wine that I never ordered from room service.
