I am not a fan of EK although may revisit them once they start offering F to BKK. I assume that EK F will have to be priced quite competively given Etihad are pricing aggressively on this route. Currently the highest mixed J/F fare from BKK to LHR return is running at 95k baht (cheaper if you forego the 345 option between DXB and LON). I just can't bring myself to fly EK in J between BKK and DXB however.

I like the A330 F class and preferred it to the 777. It is true that the seat does not recline 180 degree flat (my guess would be something like 160 degrees). What is important for me though to get a good nights sleep is for a 180 degree flat leg rest and no sliding down a wedge style incline seat. The seat is one of the better parts of the EK service in comparison to other well regarded airlines I thought.
