Sent my letter on the 24th, and this morning got a very nice reply from Joy Hordern, thanking me for my comments, and assuring me that they would be passed on.
I know BA have their detractors, and that staff can have their off days as well as their good ones, but I've stopped looking elsewhere for flights - both on personal and business travel.
I'd much rather chance a 1 in a 1000 bad service experience probability with BA than the 1:1 from Ryanscair or Sleazyjet.
