I booked a flight and selected business. I then had to call the exp line for help in making a change and was told if you book it as a business customer service can not help you. I was told they only way you can make a change is through the app or online. Has any one else had this problem?
I spoke to an agent who basically told me to hang up and call again if I get an agent who doesn’t know how to change these. She thought it would get better as more agents get accustomed to it. There are limitations to what she can do she stated, and there’s a dpt that would have to handle it if she couldn’t.
