Another successful hold DP on SQ-operated flight:
1. Chatted with an agent via chatbot, "Please be advised we do not hold seats, they must be booked immediately." Asking if there was nay other department to help, chat agent didn't budge.
2. Called US Number (833-727-0118), followed prompts to assistance with an award reservation. I said I needed help making an award reservation, agent asked if I had tried doing it on the website/app. I said I found the flight online, but I couldn't make it yet still waiting on points to arrive in my account from Chase. Agent asked flight details, short hold to confirm award availability, then sent me a confirmation. Said I needed to pay for the ticket within 21 days, could be done online.
