EasyJet Holidays cannot provide breakdown of costs
Hi,
I had to cancel an easyJet Holiday due to coronavirus in December. My travel insurance claim has been denied because easyJet cannot provide a full breakdown of the holidays costs ie. Flight, TFC’s, Hotel cost, and transfer costs.
EasyJet have replied stating the holiday was sold as a bundle and therefore they cannot breakdown the package costs.
Has anyone else experienced this, or have any advice how to get the issue resolved?
