I will add to the above response that I have not seen the 200k/$30k offer just as link, I've only ever gotten it as a mailer with an offer code that came in the mail addressed to mine or my spouse's businesses.

Personally I've only gotten pop up NLL offers in my account for Gold Biz cards. IIRC, for Biz Plat with NLL I've only gotten them in the mail over the past couple of years in all the various versions starting from 130k points all the way up to 250k points. Most recently all of my targeted NLL offers have been by mail, nothing in my accounts.
